Tuesday 7.30pm to 9.00pm with Catherine & Anna (Community Yoga)

As well as improving cardio vascular fitness, yoga exercises have a positive effect on all of the functional systems of the body; the nervous system, digestion and elimination, hormonal and immune systems. Breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation eases stress and anxiety.
